On a visit to Brighton yesterday, we popped into Hove to see how it was doing. In anticipation of the summer, the skies were blue and the sun shone. The ground looked lovely ... and the Gilligan Stand has definitely gone (see film below). It's funny being at Hove out of season; it's like going into your friend's house when they're not there. You know it's allowed - but it still feels a bit like a guilty secret. A hushed quiet sits over the ground while it waits for the season to start. Less than two months to go...
